Overview of the role
To ensure the smooth functioning of daily large amounts of cash transactions
What you will do
Financial
- To be in charge of all the cash transactions that takes place in the store.
- To make entries for all the transactions daily and balance the books at the end of the day.
- To make reports about the daily happenings in their department.
- To make money available in case the superiors require for company transactions.
- To check the money requests with their superiors before sanctioning them.
- To report any discrepancies they find with the transactions.
- To make sure all the collections are made on time from the debtors of the company.
- Reconciliation and discrepancy reports
People Management and Development
- To train new assistants the company hires.
- To help the accountant of the company to maintain all the accounts.

Candidate requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Education
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Support environment (minimum 12)
- 5+ years of experience in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, or other hands-on leadership roles ideally for a major organization, consultancy or system integrator (minimum 5)
- 5+ years of partner/vendor management from a Product and System integrator perspective
- 3+ years of 3rd Party Platform Management (SAAS)
- Knowledge of business domains like Retail, Automotive, Finance, Real Estate, and Group services (HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
Technical Skills
- Big Data Technologies
- Messaging Platform like Solace, Kafka, etc
- Knowledge on Reporting Tools like Tableau, etc
- Knowledge on Cloud Computing, Customer Data Marts
- Real-Time Model Recommendation for Mobile / eCommerce
- Knowledge on CDP Implementation
- ETL Frameworks
- NoSQL Database like MongoDB, etc
- Data Governance Platforms like Collibra, Ovaledge, etc
- Knowledge on API / Microservice Implementation
- Analytical Knowledge on working with unstructured datasets
- Knowledge on SAP BI / BW, HANA is preferred

About the team
As a workshop supervisor you will be reporting to Workshop Manager
What equips you for the role
• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Automotive or related field
• Certified Automotive Technician
• BKT (Bus Key Technician) Certification from Volvo Bus Corporation will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years hands on experience in workshop repair and operations in a reputed automotive dealership, out of which 2 years are in a supervisory capacity
