KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree/professional qualification in IT from a recognized institute.
- 6 months+ experience in troubleshooting end-user computer equipment and accessories.
- Knowledge in installation of PC/Laptop, networks, and peripherals (i.e., Modems, printers etc.).
- Good communication, coordination Skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Effectively interacting with others, multitasking and managing multiple deliverables.

Candidate requirements
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting internal customers with their issues in our supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing day-to-day operations including computer troubleshooting, desktop applications, local area network and wide area network.
- Providing Guidance to Service Desk team in the capacity of a team leader.
- Performing related database management activities such as file reconstructions upgrades.
- Processing ITR forms and maintaining computer system files, catalogues and records etc.
- Liaising with vendors relating IT equipment repairs and administrating Microsoft SharePoint platform.
- Installation and provisioning of end user IT equipment.
- Any relevant duty or responsibility that could arise due to business requirements.
