The role:

We are looking for an innovative person who enjoys a challenge and working in a dynamic and ever changing environment.   The position will involve conducting proactive parking patrols, routine parking ticket machine maintenance, and school crossing support to our Whitehorse Community. Although the role is predominantly parking focused, in order to support the team you will be required to participate in mandatory rotational on-call duties involving community laws and animal management tasks, as well as mandatory overtime for parking matters.  

About you:

This role works with our community and the successful applicant must possess exceptional work ethic and proven excellence in quality customer service delivery, including the ability to use their strong interpersonal skills to minimise and resolve conflict. Experience in the use of in ground sensor technology would be advantageous, as would a good knowledge and understanding of council processes, systems and regulations (or be ready and willing to learn).

Salary Package- This is an ongoing full-time role based in Nunawading and working in the greater municipality of Whitehorse. Salary $67,367pa – $71,086.20pa + 10.5% Superannuation
