About the role
A new and exciting opportunity has become available with Al Futtaim Malls, part of the Al Futtaim group Real Estate division (AFGRE). We are currently looking for a talented, energetic and commercially minded UAE National to join our Retail Leasing team as Senior Leasing Manager.
The main responsibilities of the role include;
- Implementing the Retail F&B Leasing strategy that is aimed at ensuring the viability of the business and meeting overall objectives
- The rental of F&B Retail units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times and high renewal rates
- Coordinating fit-outs, lease negotiations, renewals and re-gears
- The accurate completion of paperwork of current and prospective tenants
You will also ensure that you:
- Are familiar with a variety of the leasing field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
- Consistently apply your extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and to sustain and expand market share
- Effectively lead and direct the work of others, specifically your team members and supporting departments
Candidate requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Degree or equivalent level of education in any discipline
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years as a Leasing professional of which 3 years should be at managerial level
- Previous experience in a retail leasing environment in a malls context is essential
- Sound knowledge of Leasing F&B market and practices in local market is essential
