This customer focused IT team is looking for an experienced Application Integrator and Data Analyst who will provide professional, friendly and responsive stakeholder engagement to deliver process, application and system improvements with a focus on data exchange between Council’s core corporate applications.

In this role, you will be deploying, designing, implementing and maintaining processes and application configurations to efficiently integrate data exchanges for both project and BAU workloads. You will provide operational and technical knowledge centred on application data and systems integration, foster good IT practice, perform some technical administrative tasks while adhering to service delivery frameworks.

To be successful you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, knowledge of current ICT trends, the ability to identify issues and opportunities, exemplary written and oral communication skills and demonstrated experience in business analysis techniques. Knowledge of and experience with modern integration technologies, including API’s and MS Power Automate will be a benefit.

If you enjoy providing professional, friendly, responsive and efficient application integration and data analysis services and the delivery of customer focussed solutions that align with current strategies, then this could be the role for you. You should have excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and the ability to engage collaboratively to prioritise work. Demonstrated abilities in handling competing priorities, working to deadlines, problem solving, implementing process improvements and a commitment to owning issues through to resolution would be an advantage.
